Mission Statement
The Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce is an
organization of businesses united to encourage a strong local
economy and quality of life by promoting sound local government
and an informed membership and community.
Benefits of Membership
Founded in 1912 the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce’s
business is the community. The Chamber of Commerce is not a
charity, but serves as an advocate organization for area
businesses at the local, county, state and federal levels. The
Chamber is the only business organization in the Carpinteria
Valley, and we assist in creating a partnership with the
community.

Additionally, the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce
provides a voice for your business with legislative advocacy
and representation at various levels of government. We’ll keep
you apprised of legislative actions that may impact your
business. We can provide access to small business counseling
through the SBDC (Small Business Development Center). All
this and remember your dues are tax deductible as an ordinary
and necessary business expense.
